Aleksey Viktorovich Rtishchev is a high-ranking Russian military officer, currently serving as the head of the radiological chemical and biological defence troops within the Russian armed forces. Recently, he was sanctioned by Britain for his involvement in the transfer and use of chemical weapons in the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
