Alessandro Dordi
Alessandro Dordi was an Italian priest who served as a missionary in Peru, where he became one of the martyrs of Chimbote. He was killed by the terrorist group Sendero Luminoso in August 1991, choosing to remain with the community he served despite the imminent danger.
