Alex Jech

Alex Jech is a 40-year-old mechanical engineer and the factory manager at USA Rare Earth in Stillwater, Oklahoma. With a background in high-volume plastic and paper manufacturing, Jech joined the company in January 2023, motivated by the unique opportunity to contribute to the U.S. effort to establish a domestic supply chain for rare earth magnets. He is currently living in an RV while selling his family home, embracing the challenge of transitioning into a new and exciting field.
