Alexander Kononovich

Alexander Kononovich is the brother of Mikhail Kononovich and a Belarusian political activist residing in Ukraine. He has played a significant role in the Leninist Communist Youth Union of Ukraine, promoting pro-Russian sentiments and opposing the Ukrainian government. Alongside his brother, he was arrested in March 2022 on charges of inciting violence against the state, and they are currently undergoing legal proceedings regarding their political activities, which have received backing from Belarusian media.
