Alexander Mazhuga

Alexander Mazhuga is the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education in Russia. He plays a key role in legislative efforts to reform education policies, including initiatives aimed at improving access to vocational training for students who enter into targeted education agreements.
