He held various leadership roles in telecommunications before transitioning to the composite materials sector in 2013. Under his leadership, his company became known as Umatex, recognized for its innovations in high-tech non-resource products. Tragically, he was recently found dead near his vehicle in Moscow, with reports suggesting the possibility of suicide.
