Alexander Zatsepin

Alexander Zatsepin is a celebrated Russian composer, known primarily for his work on numerous films directed by Leonid Gaidai, including iconic movies such as 'Operation Y and Shurik's Other Adventures' and 'The Diamond Arm.' With a prolific career spanning several decades, Zatsepin has composed music for nearly a hundred films and animated features, contributing significantly to Russian cinema. He is also recognized for his collaboration with famous singer Alla Pugacheva, having produced several of her hit songs. Recently, Zatsepin was awarded the title of Hero of Labor by President Vladimir Putin for his outstanding achievements in the development of domestic musical arts.
