Alexandr III

Alexandr III of Russia, also known as Alexander Alexandrovich, was the Emperor of Russia from 1881 until his death in 1894. He was a conservative ruler who focused on strengthening autocracy and promoting the Russian Empire's interests. His reign was marked by significant infrastructure developments, including the expansion of the railway system and industrial growth. Alexandr III was also known for his opposition to revolutionary movements and his support for the Russian Orthodox Church.
