
Alexandre Sasha Troufanov
Alexandre 'Sasha' Troufanov is a 29-year-old dual citizen of Russia and Israel, who was abducted during the Hamas attack on the kibbutz Nir Oz in southern Israel in October 2023. He is notable for being the first name announced by the Jihad Islâmica for release as part of a ceasefire agreement. Troufanov was taken along with several family members, including his mother and grandmother, both of whom were released in November 2023.
