Alison Balsom

Alison Balsom is a celebrated British trumpeter known for her exceptional tone, technical precision, and elegance in performance. Recognized as 'Artist of the Year' by Gramophone magazine, she has received multiple Classical BRIT and ECHO awards. Balsom has collaborated with some of the greatest conductors and orchestras worldwide, including the New York Philharmonic and the London Philharmonic, and is the founder of 'The Balsom Ensemble,' which features leading baroque soloists.
