Allan Turnowski

Allan Turnowski is a former chief of the Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro, who has been embroiled in controversy due to allegations of his involvement in organized crime and connections to illegal gambling operations known as 'jogo do bicho'. Recently, he was rearrested following a Supreme Court ruling to restore his preventive detention, after previously being released in 2022.
