Alon Katz

Alon Katz, 39, from Haifa, is a veteran who served in various military operations, including the Second Lebanon War. He also suffers from PTSD, experiencing anxiety and heightened sensitivity to loud noises, such as firecrackers. Katz recalls that while the sounds of explosions were once thrilling in his childhood, they now evoke traumatic memories of combat, causing significant distress. He advocates for awareness and understanding from the public regarding the struggles faced by veterans like himself.
