André Enoc Mejía Romero is a remarkable 10-year-old from Honduras who is making history as the first representative of his country to participate in a NASA educational program. Known for his passion for science and space exploration, André will attend a week-long space camp at the Kennedy Space Center, where he will engage in training related to robotics, astronomy, and aerospace technology. His accolades include winning the People's Choice Award at the NASA Space Apps Challenge and being recognized as the youngest speaker at the Astronomical Nights event at the National Autonomous University of Honduras. André is also the founder of Exoplanets Lab, an initiative aimed at promoting astronomy education among children in Honduras and beyond.
