Andrei Serbul

Andrei Serbul, previously known as Duminica, is a person of interest in the investigation surrounding the murder of Oleg Horjan, having been identified as a close acquaintance of the victim during his illegal detention. Serbul denies any involvement in Horjan's death and was reportedly not in Moldova at the time of the crime. He remains a fugitive on the left bank of the Dniester River as authorities continue their investigation.
