Andrés Aguilera Martínez is the president of the Tribunal Superior de Justicia of Mexico City, recently elected as the president of the Asociación Mexicana de Magistrados y Magistradas de Tribunales de Justicia Administrativa, which represents administrative justice tribunals across the country.
