Andrés Chavarro

Andrés Chavarro is an environmental management professor at the Politécnico Grancolombiano. He focuses on optimizing domestic water consumption through the replacement of household fixtures and appliances and believes in the necessity of creating financial mechanisms to support citizens in adopting water-saving technologies.
