Leonardo Donado

Leonardo Donado is the coordinator of the Hydraulic Laboratory at the National University of Colombia. He advocates for environmental awareness and the reuse of gray water at home while stressing that the responsibility for water shortages should not solely fall on citizens, but also on systemic decisions and infrastructure investments.
