He is a prominent supporter of Javier Milei and was one of the key figures behind the recent La Derecha Fest event in Córdoba. Mego made headlines after surviving a violent home invasion on July 16, during which he was brutally assaulted by intruders who he claims intended to kill him rather than rob him. Following the incident, Mego reported serious injuries and emphasized that the assailants were not interested in theft, showcasing the terrifying nature of his experience.
