Andrey Severilov

Andrey Severilov is a former chairman of the board of directors of the Russian transport and logistics group FESCO, known for his investments in industrial and financial assets. He gained prominence in 2020 when he, alongside Mikhail Rabinovich, acquired shares in FESCO from American funds. Severilov has been arrested for allegedly embezzling 885 million rubles from the Vladivostok Sea Trade Port, with the investigation suggesting he participated in a scheme involving the fictitious sale of a non-operational company.
