Andrij Pilščikov

Andrij Pilščikov, known by his call sign 'Dzhus', was a celebrated Ukrainian pilot of the MiG-29 fighter jet and a prominent advocate for Ukraine's air defense during the ongoing conflict with Russia. He earned the title of Hero of Ukraine posthumously after dying in a training accident on August 25, 2023. Pilščikov was recognized for his bravery and dedication, and he became a symbol of resistance against the Russian invasion.
