Andy Figuera

Andy Figuera is a resilience coach who, after being diagnosed with lupus, embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Her experience taught her to confront her fears and transform her life from that of a victim to a proactive protagonist. Through introspection and professional coaching, she learned to articulate her anxieties and address the root causes of her fears, ultimately sharing her insights and workshops to help others do the same.
