Angelo Spagnulo

Angelo Spagnulo was a carabiniere from Grottaglie who was fatally shot in 2005 while intervening in a robbery at a gas station. Despite being off duty, he attempted to protect the cashier and was critically injured in the process, ultimately succumbing to his wounds two days later. His dedication to public safety and courage in the face of danger are remembered.
