Anişoara Cuşmir

Anişoara Cuşmir is a celebrated Romanian athlete who won the gold medal in long jump at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. She had previously set multiple world records, showcasing her exceptional talent in athletics before retiring from competitive sports due to health issues. Despite her early retirement, she continued to contribute to the sport as a coach at the Clubul Sportiv al Armatei Steaua Bucureşti.
