Anna Nairna

Anna Nairna, a 33-year-old iconographer originally from Ukraine, has cultivated her artistic journey through spiritual exploration. Her early exposure to sacred images in church ignited a lifelong fascination, which she further developed through philosophical and theological studies in Belgium. Currently residing in Buenos Aires due to the ongoing war in her homeland, she is enrolled in an international program led by renowned iconographer George Kordis. Nairna believes that iconography requires not just technical skill but a profound spiritual connection to the subjects being depicted.
