Anna Prokofieva
Anna Prokofieva was a military correspondent for Pervîi Kanal, a Russian television station. At the age of 35, she was reporting on the ongoing war in Ukraine and disseminating Kremlin propaganda justifying Russia's actions in the conflict. Tragically, she lost her life when her reporting team was struck by a mine in Belgorod, near the Ukrainian border, while she was fulfilling her professional duties.
