Annie Jarrett

Annie Jarrett is the chief executive of the Northern Prawn Industry Association in Australia. She has been influential in advancing environmental sustainability within the fishing industry, leading initiatives that significantly reduced bycatch and turtle captures in prawn fishing. Under her leadership, the Northern Prawn Fishery became the first tropical prawn fishery globally to be certified by the Marine Stewardship Council in 2012.
