Anton van Dyck

Born in 1599, Anton van Dyck was a Flemish painter who became one of the most celebrated artists of the Baroque period, known for his portraits of royalty and nobility, particularly in England. His mastery of light and color, combined with his ability to capture the personality of his subjects, established him as a leading figure in the history of art until his death in 1641.
