Antony Nyaga Mwangi

Antony Nyaga Mwangi is a former manager at the Information and Communication Technology Authority (ICTA) in Kenya. He was recently in the news after the High Court dismissed a bid by the Assets Recovery Agency to seize his property, which was alleged to have been acquired using funds stolen from ICTA. Nyaga contended that the property in question was purchased in 2014 and developed before the alleged theft occurred, maintaining that he acquired it through legitimate means.
