Ernest Githinji Waweru

Ernest Githinji Waweru is a businessman and associate of former ICTA managers. He gained media attention following a court ruling which dismissed the Assets Recovery Agency's attempt to seize his property allegedly linked to stolen ICTA funds. Waweru asserted that he purchased his property through lawful means and denied any involvement in a money-laundering scheme.
