Arden Hermans

Arden Hermans is a consultant civil engineer with Beca, recognized for her efforts in inspiring young women to pursue careers in engineering. She founded Girls in Infrastructure, an initiative designed to encourage female participation in a traditionally male-dominated field, and has overseen key infrastructure projects in Northland, New Zealand.
