Ariel Guzmán

Ariel Guzmán is a retired colonel who previously led the IOSFA, the military social security organization in Argentina. He resigned in November 2024 amid controversies regarding the organization's management and financial challenges. Guzmán has a background in military healthcare, having served at the Central Military Hospital during the administration of Alberto Fernández. Recently, he was involved in discussions with Defense Minister Carlos Presti about reforms to the IOSFA that could affect contributions from military personnel.
