Ariki Honetana-Paea is an artist and co-founder of Maaia Boots, a business that specializes in creating custom-designed gumboots. Despite initial challenges in securing partnerships with established gumboot brands, Ariki's determination led to self-funding the business and a successful launch, which quickly sold out its first order.
