
Arman Abdrasilov
Arman Abdrasilov, born in 1980 in the Akmolinsk region of Kazakhstan, has been appointed as the head of the Situational Center of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. A graduate of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2001, Abdrasilov started his career as an engineer at the Scientific Research Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics. He later served as the director of the Cyber Attack Analysis and Investigation Center from 2013 to 2020, where he led a group of IT specialists known as 'white hackers' focused on internet security issues.
