Artem Viktorovich Dultsev is a Russian spy who operated under the alias Ludwig Gisch while residing in Argentina. He and his wife, Anna Valerevna Dultseva, were arrested in Slovenia in December 2022, revealing their true identities and espionage activities. Their children, Sofía and Daniel, were unaware of their parents' real occupations until a flight back to Moscow in August 2024.
