Arthur Nebe was a high-ranking officer in the SS during World War II, known for his role in the implementation of the Holocaust. As the head of the Einsatzgruppe B, he oversaw mass shootings of Jews and other groups in Eastern Europe. Nebe played a significant part in the early phases of the extermination campaign and was later implicated in war crimes. He was executed in 1945 for his involvement in a failed assassination plot against Adolf Hitler.
