Asadi
Asadi is an Afghan man who previously owned a construction company and sold materials to American companies. He and his wife, Marwa, fled Afghanistan for safety due to the Taliban's oppressive regime, especially regarding women's rights, which threatened their daughter’s future. They are currently detained in Costa Rica's Catem facility, having lost their documents and facing uncertainty about their immigration status.
