Aura Celeste Fernández Rodríguez

Aura Celeste Fernández Rodríguez is an accomplished lawyer with over 40 years of experience in the legal field. Recently appointed as the General Manager of the National Social Security Council (CNSS) in the Dominican Republic by President Luis Abinader, she has held several significant positions throughout her career. Notably, she served on the Central Electoral Board (JCE) for two terms, coordinated the Commissioner for Support to the Reform and Modernization of Justice, and was a member of the commission that drafted the constitutional reform culminating in the Constitution of 2010. Additionally, she is the honorary president of the National Council of Bioethics in Health.
