Bai Guanying

Bai Guanying was a Chinese military officer who graduated from the Second Field Army Military and Political University in May 1950. After his graduation, he served in various capacities within the military, including as a cultural instructor at the Third Infantry Preparatory School, where he played a significant role in the education and training of soldiers. He was notably recognized for his contributions during the formal military rank conferral ceremony held on January 17, 1956.
