Xu Qixiao

Xu Qixiao was a Chinese military officer who held the rank of Major General and served as the principal of the Kunming Infantry School. He played a critical role in the military rank conferral ceremony at the Third Infantry Preparatory School, representing the Minister of National Defense in 1956, where he oversaw the granting of officer ranks to junior officers.
