Barış Turgut

Barış Turgut is the alleged leader of an organized crime syndicate in Mersin, Turkey, which has recently been implicated in illegal activities targeting the local lavash bread market. Following a police operation coordinated by the Mersin Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Turgut and 37 other suspects were apprehended, with 17 members of the organization being formally arrested. The group is accused of employing threats and violence to monopolize the lavash production sector, including multiple incidents of assault and intimidation against local businesses.
