Barbara Feinstein

Barbara Feinstein is the United States deputy assistant secretary for Caribbean Affairs, Haiti, and the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs. In her role, she has been instrumental in fostering strong diplomatic relations between the U.S. and Caribbean nations, particularly Jamaica. She recently praised former Jamaican Ambassador Audrey Marks for her significant contributions to enhancing U.S.-Jamaican ties during her tenure.
