Bartolomé Pujals
Bartolomé Pujals is a Dominican politician and former director of the Office of Government Information Technologies (Ogtic). During his tenure, he faced multiple scandals, including the controversial hiring of a social media consultant for an exorbitant fee without delivering any projects. Pujals has also been accused of attempting to discredit an employee who raised concerns about alleged illicit activities within the institution. Currently, he serves as the Dominican Republic's ambassador to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
