Basuki Rahmat

Basuki Rahmat was a retired Indonesian Army major general who served as the Minister of Home Affairs during the early years of President Suharto's regime. He was awarded the title of National Hero posthumously for his pivotal role in the transfer of power during the 1966 transition from President Sukarno to Suharto.
