Bilal Naseer Malla

Bilal Naseer Malla is a doctor from Baramulla in north Kashmir, recently arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for his alleged involvement in a terror module linked to the November 10 Delhi car blast that resulted in the deaths of 15 individuals. He is accused of providing logistical support to the suicide bomber and is implicated in the destruction of evidence related to the attack.
