Dr. Umar Un Nabi is a former educator at Al-Falah Medical College in Faridabad and is identified as the prime suspect behind a suspected car blast near the Red Fort in Delhi. He was allegedly involved in radicalizing a group of medical professionals and was amassing explosives for planned terror attacks on behalf of the Jaish-e-Muhammed terror outfit.
