Muzzafar Rather

Muzzafar Rather is one of the key suspects in the November 10 Delhi car blast, having traveled to Turkiye in 2022 with fellow accused Dr. Umar un Nabi and Dr. Muzammil Shakeel Ganai to meet a Syrian terror operative, allegedly on the instructions of their Pakistani handler. Following the meeting, which reportedly did not occur as planned, Rather is believed to have traveled to Afghanistan and joined al-Qaida, further deepening the investigation into international terror linkages associated with the attack.
