Boehler

Boehler, a Special Envoy for the U.S. government, was involved in advocating for the release of Youras Ziankovich, who had been wrongfully detained in Belarus. His efforts, along with those of other officials, contributed to the eventual freedom of Ziankovich after a lengthy period of incarceration.
