Bonilla Cortés

Bonilla Cortés is a psychologist and the director general of Grupo Poïesis S.A., a team of psychologists and psychoanalysts. He is currently in the news for filing a constitutional challenge against certain articles of the Health Surveillance Regulation that require mental health professionals to report sensitive patient information, including names and identification numbers, to the Ministry of Health without patient consent. He argues that this regulation violates constitutional rights and could deter individuals from seeking mental health care.
