Borrell II d'Urgell

Borrell II d'Urgell was a notable count in the late 10th century, recognized for his attempts to exert control over the turbulent region of Andorra. He initiated the construction of a fortification known as Bragafolls, aimed at establishing military pressure on the local population. His efforts ultimately met with resistance, leading to the fort's destruction by the Andorrans.
