Bu Chung-ha

Bu Chung-ha is a former chairman of Holt International, South Korea's largest adoption agency, which is at the center of allegations regarding illegal adoptions and fraudulent practices. He has denied any wrongdoing, claiming that the children sent abroad were not wrongfully identified as orphans.
